SITLA Lands Inside the Proposed Greater Canyonlands NM
Here is a map from the State Institutional Land Trust Administration GIS department that details the the State Trust Lands that are inside the propsed GCNM.

All the blue squares and the private land inside the monument boundries will remain governed by the county land use zoning it sits in. Also the federal government HAS to provide access (via road) to property surrounded by federal property (that has been decided by the US Supreme court).
